🕒 Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt no)

Please note: Certain items are not eligible for return.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@buzznbuy.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• For returns due to our error, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid shipping label.

3. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.
